Returns & refunds

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as they are unused, in original packaging and with all accessories.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. We will send return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty or was sent in error.

All products carry the manufacturer warranty shown on the product page. Faulty items will be repaired, replaced or refunded.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights in the UK, Canada or your state.
